Professional AV & Conference Systems

Professional audio-visual and conference systems support meetings, presentations, command rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, auditoriums and collaboration spaces. BCE Systems supports pro-AV systems that combine sound, video, display, control and conferencing technologies.

Designed around the room, not the equipment list

The same equipment performs differently in different rooms. Ceiling height, surface materials, seating layout, natural light and the way a room is actually used all change what will work. We design from the room and the meeting type, then specify to that.

Typical environments

  • Boardrooms and executive meeting rooms with video conferencing
  • Auditoriums, conference halls and training rooms
  • Command, control and operations rooms with multi-source display walls
  • Council chambers and institutional meeting spaces requiring recording or discussion systems
  • Hybrid environments where remote participants must be heard as clearly as those in the room

What BCE Systems provides

Room assessment and system design, display and projection selection, audio design including microphone coverage and acoustic treatment recommendations, video conferencing integration, control system programming so the room is usable without a technician present, installation, commissioning, user training and ongoing support.

Frequently asked

Why do meetings fail on audio more often than video?
Because audio problems are less forgiving. A slightly soft image is tolerable; a participant who cannot be heard stops the meeting. Microphone coverage and room acoustics deserve more of the budget than they usually receive.
Can these systems work with the platforms we already use?
Yes. Systems are specified to work with the conferencing platform in use rather than requiring a change. Where an organisation uses more than one, the control system handles the switch.
Do you provide training?
Yes. A room that requires technical support to start a meeting will be avoided. We train users and administrators as part of handover.
