2. Copyright and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, BCE Systems Limited or its licensors owns the original website content. It is protected by the Copyright Act, Cap. 130, and other applicable intellectual-property law. All rights are reserved.

The limited internal-use permission in the Website Terms does not permit commercial republication, systematic extraction, alteration that misrepresents the source, removal of rights notices, or use of BCE material to imply an unauthorised relationship. Requests for permission should be sent to bce@ke.bce.systems.

3. Trade marks and third-party names

The BCE name, symbol, and the phrase “Inform. Connect. Protect.” are used by BCE Systems Limited. Nothing on the website grants a right to use them.

Motorola Solutions, Motorola and related product names and logos; DStv and DStv Business; Avigilon; Gallagher; Zoho; and other third-party product, company, and programme names are marks or names of their respective owners. BCE uses them only for lawful identification and, where required, under the applicable authorisation. Ownership and registration status may differ by jurisdiction.

A reference to a manufacturer, product, certification, distributor, or partner programme is limited to the scope and validity of the evidence applicable on the stated date. It does not imply ownership of the third party’s marks, an unrestricted licence, or endorsement beyond the actual authorisation.

4. Third-party content and links

The website may display or link to third-party product information, platforms, documents, or media, including an embedded product showcase. That content remains subject to the owner’s rights and may change without BCE’s control. BCE does not adopt every third-party statement as its own contractual promise. Separate terms and privacy notices may apply, and optional embeds are controlled under the Cookie Policy and Preferences.

5. Photographs, testimonials, and project references

Stock images may feature models and are illustrative. Project photography, testimonials, client names, case studies, site details, and logos may be used only with an appropriate legal basis, authority, and any required consent. BCE limits identifying and security-sensitive detail and removes or updates material when the permission or purpose ends.

An image does not establish that an incident occurred, that the depicted person uses a particular service, or that a solution is appropriate for every site.

6. Certifications, licences, registrations, and partner status

A claim is valid only for the entity, scope, territory, level, and period shown in its supporting record. Expiry, renewal, suspension, programme change, or product restrictions may affect it. Current evidence may be requested for legitimate due diligence; the absence of a date or scope is not proof that a credential is current.

7. No professional advice or product promise

Website information is general and does not replace a site assessment, engineering design, licence review, security assessment, legal advice, or accepted quotation. Product availability, compatibility, approval, and performance are confirmed through the contract. The Website Terms, Commerce Terms, and Warranty, Returns and Delivery Policy apply, and mandatory rights remain unaffected.

8. Reporting concerns

Report suspected copyright or trade-mark misuse, an inaccurate credential or project claim, an accessibility issue, a privacy concern, or a security vulnerability to bce@ke.bce.systems. Please identify the page and issue and provide only information reasonably necessary for BCE to investigate. Do not exploit a vulnerability or disclose protected information unnecessarily.
