Somalia Billing Portal

For Somalia-registered accounts. Not yet active. Somalia billing is handled directly by the Mogadishu office in the meantime; contact BCE Somalia and it will be dealt with.
Card renders in the disabled state from the design system: visible, labelled Coming Soon, not clickable. Do not hide it; a visible roadmap is worth more than a clean grid.

Additional country billing portals will be added if BCE extends subscription or billing services into other markets.

Product catalogue, stocked items, pricing and ordering. Complex systems remain quote-driven; you will find a request-a-quote route on every product where a quotation is the sensible way to buy.
Commerce goes live on 10 November 2026 with Phase 4. Until then this card renders in the disabled state, labelled Coming Soon, with the quote route offered instead.
