Careers at BCE Systems
We design, deploy and support mission-critical communications, broadcast, public safety and cybersecurity systems across Kenya, Somalia and the wider region. When our systems fail, somebody notices, and usually at the worst possible moment. That is the standard the work is held to.
Roles we recruit for most often: field and systems engineers, RF and radio technicians, broadcast engineers, network and security engineers, project managers, and pre-sales.

Radio networks for conservancies, broadcast chains for national stations, communications at UN facilities. You will see what you built in use.
Two countries, one team
Kenya and Somalia. Some roles travel, some are based at a customer site, and we say which at the point of advertising rather than after.

We are a Motorola Solutions Silver Reseller in Kenya, accredited for Professional and Commercial Radio, WAVE PTX and as an LTE Devices Specialist. Training comes with that.
